The Allergi Group staff includes licensed registered nurses, certified medical assistants and diligent clerical personnel that provide experienced, efficient, and respectful care to all patients. The Allergi Group specializes in the treatment of diseases and symptoms related to allergies, asthma and immunology.

Roberto Garcia-Ibáñez, M.D.
Dr. Garcia is Board-Certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Garcia received his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. His practice has served the Tampa area for over 18 years. In addition to his training in the United States, Dr. Garcia-Ibáñez has studied abroad and attended various international allergy conferences. He has extensive experience in standard American approach, as well as the most current European standards of care in allergy treatment.
Besides excellent providers we are staffed with a Practice Manager that has over 30 years of experience in managing medical clinics. We also have dedicated, licensed and trained registered nurses to perform skin test, injections and other procedures. Our certified medical assistants are here to greet you with a smile and our full time dedicated mixer prepares allergy shots and serum in a timely manner.
Andrea Lucania, MSN, FNP-C
Andrea is our Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has been a resident of Tampa for most of her life and received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2007. She has 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care and surgical/trauma patients. Andrea earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Tampa in 2014. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and worked in an Internal Medicine Group prior to joining the Allergi Group in 2016.
Andrea has been published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and is passionate about patient education and health promotion.
When she is not providing excellent care to her patients, she can be found spending time with her husband, two children, and dog. She enjoys baking and arts and crafts.
Ludmila (Luda) Norgart ARNP FNP-C, got certified as a Nurse Practitioner in 2015.
Luda completed her Bachelor and Master program at Florida International University in Miami in 2015. Luda is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before coming to the USA Luda was practicing Internal Medicine as a Medical Doctor in Ukraine. Prior to starting practicing at the Allergi Group, Luda was working in the Pulmonary office. She was taking care of patients with lung problems. Luda has special interest in treating patients with asthma and allergies. Luda loves to spend free time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys reading, music, and outdoor physical activity.
